Rates

As it is the case for most translation service providers, the translation rates are calculated per word. This methodology allows both parties to come to a precise agreement prior to the translation process.

Our basic rate is $0.29 per word. A surcharge may be applied according to volume, the nature of the text and the complexity of the layout.

The fee includes:

• Integration of the client’s terminology and all other terminology research
• The translation and the double revision
• The page layout identical to the original

Payments

Individuals: The full amount needs to be paid by Interac or PayPal before any of the translation work can begin.

Businesses: Payments can be done by Interac, cheque, bank transfers or PayPal.

New clients: A 50% deposit is required for all contracts exceeding $200.

Repeat clients: Invoices are sent out once a month, depending on the work accomplished.

Confidentiality

All the information pertaining to the translated documents is kept strictly confidential. Under no circumstances will it be shared with a third party.
